Search & Rescue

In Search & Rescue, you and your dog work as a team to find people who are missing or trapped. Some dogs search open areas for human scent; others follow a specific trail or work through rubble. Each task calls for focused training, clear communication and trust between dog and handler.

Your equipment needs to suit the way your dog works and the terrain you train on. A well-fitting harness, a dependable line and appropriate protection can help you prepare for demanding conditions. Training rewards matter too: they help keep the search engaging while you build the skills your team needs.

Explore the Search & Rescue gear below and choose equipment that supports your training and your dog’s way of working.
