Shipping cost depend on the weight and volume of the parcel and will be automatically calculated during checkout.
To find our the actual shipping cost: just add the desired items to the basket, complete your shipping address and the shipping cost will be calculated.

We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days. After that, it is up to the carrier to deliver your package as quickly as possible!
If a product is out of stock or will be made to order, a different delivery time will be indicated on the product page.
Certainly, but in that case, the longest delivery time will apply. Alternatively, place two separate orders to receive the products with the shortest delivery time first!
If you live in (or near) the Netherlands, you are welcome to pick up your order from our warehouse in Nijmegen. Make sure to check product availability first, select the ‘pick up in Nijmegen’ option and place your order. We will contact you to schedule a pickup appointment.
Return policy
How to return and/or exchange items?
Returns can be made within 14 days and after contacting us in advance. You will receive a return label from us for this purpose.
Goods must be returned unused, clean (don't forget to remove any dog hair) and in their original packaging and with the labels attached.
If a return label is not possible -we will let you know-, the product must be returned to:

Please remember to include your order number. If there is a reduction in the value of the product because it is damaged, incomplete, or soiled (visually or odor), we will deduct this reduction in value from the refund amount.
Returns are free of charge if you paid for the initial shipment and when you use the return label that we will send you upon your request. Therefore, please always contact us first!

Once we've processed your return, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. This usually takes 2-3 business days after we receive your return. If we're unable to credit the purchase price to your original payment method, we'll contact you to request your bank account number (IBAN + account number).
